 The Latest Edition Hardback

The first 2 books or Haynes Manuals in real terms are sitting in prime position on my bookshelf, but the latest edition in partnership with Haynes manuals and Chris Gibbs is currently available now. Amazon is probably one of the best and well known booksellers on the net and they have it on offer for £11.87 UK or $21.75 worldwide. I have also put in links for any collector's out there, who would like to get a copy of the second edition, or even better, the original masterpiece!

This link will get you quickly to Amazon to get your copy now, and also have a look for any usefull publications for car building, tuning, painting and actually any title book you might be looking for. Dont be afraid to put in the search any subject you are looking for!

Haynes manuals have been around for a long time, and like anyone out there that fixes cars or even tinkers a bit, i have a bookcase full of them. There are lots of different hardback titles for the car builder, such as welding, car painting, Webber carb manuals, and lots of different specialist engine tuning manuals, such as Rebuilding and Tuning Ford X-flow and Pinto Engines which i used for my specific engine in the Locost. I would definately not put any one off buying and using any of these manuals, but i do have a little tip for anyone interested.

Car manual Cd Roms- I have a few myself for different models and will probably add more to my collection also. My latest project car is a Toyota Mr2 and needed some tlc. i sourced a MR2 mk2 Cd-Rom on e-bay 99p and £1.50 p&p. So work it out, £2.49 delivered to my door step. It is full with complete Adobi reader manual with drawings, text and fault tree's for sequenced fault finding. It also has other files such as design history, so really was worth its money. These Cd Roms are small neat and easy to store, and once again Cheap To Buy! Place one in your computor, pull up your chair and take a sip from your cup of delicious tea. When you have found a page or two you need to work from, print them off and you can use them outside, put dirty finger prints all over them and finally throw into your dustbin, with Job Done!

If you ever borrow a haynes manual or buy second hand manuals, you can always tell if they were worth their money because most of the pages Will be covered with black greasy fingerprints. Because, remember even if you are not a fully qualified mechanic/technician you will look the part with those dirty greasy hands, it goes with the job!
